This CD is a rare and delightful find. The band doesn’t appear to have any footprint left on the internet at all. Their website is defunct. The CD was homemade with handcut inserts. And the music? Delightful. The songs have just the right touch of bagpipe with the lyrics sung in a lilting and gentle style that makes you yearn for wherever it is you yearn for. All songs are original and one is a true story. This band is not to be missed by the Celtic music lover out to find gold.

CDs have been tested and play well, however due to their homemade nature they may have some static feedback when played in some CD drives. Sealed for their protection and sold as is.
Southern Fried Filk Charity Effort
Filker and actor Michael Liebmann passed away on July 26, 2016, due to complications from surgery. He was a native New Yorker who had lived in New York, in California and finally in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a graduate of California State University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Administration (Accounting suboption). He worked as a legal secretary. He was also a veteran, having served in the United States Navy from 1979 to 1984.
Additionally, he was instrumental in starting GAFilk, a filking convention in the Atlanta area which has been going on since 1999, and he was known as a vendor of filk and Celtic music at local highland games and Celtic festivals.
